    Create, don't consume.

Delete the apps. Dont let shorts suck you into swiping syndrome. Its all preventable but takes discipline. You must be sitting by an irrigation ditch in Colorado. I just moved from west slope, north fork valley, Paonia/Hotchkiss area.

I feel like I relate to you all so much!
I wish we could be friends in real life!
The comment section feels real in the Dancer vids. 😞

Overstimulation really stems from capitalism, which is all about giving you "more, more, more" and addicting you to their products. Don't just blame social media, blame the culture and ideology that wants you to be an overstimulated consumer. It isn't a new problem; in Videodrome (1983) Debby Harry's character says: "Well, I think we live in overstimulated times. We crave stimulation for its own sake. We gorge ourselves on it. We always want more, whether it's tactile, emotional or sexual. And I think that's bad."

I agree that capitalism is a root. It spawned advertising, which is a dark psychological art. Once business tasted the blood of need in the waters of humanity, it amorally drove to cram our lives full of merchandise and services they fool us into wanting.

Bullshit. Go live in a communist country. Then see how your stimulation factors in for your daily reality when government controls your every move

You see, most of people dont have such problems like overstimulation, because they dont take mass media etc. seriously, and are not too close. too attached, too focused on what is going on in internet. For most people media (of any kind) are just a small part of their life. If someone has such problems you describe, it is because he/she lacks something meaningful in real life, and they escape into the virtual world. You need to solve your problems in real life, not problems with virtual entertainment. If you dont know how to do this, cannot establish what is it that you lack in real life, then you should talk to a psychologist or therapist. Or you will continue to tilt at windmills.

You say that but it's the entirety of gen z and gen alpha nowadays that have this problem. Take a look at the average screen time on phones, it's about 8-12 hours for most. Almost all their waking hours because social media ceos and algorithms only care about $$$ and retention, not how regulated dopamine is for people. This is a real concern and it's only just the beginning.

Black fur for both species of squirrels is rare and occurs at rates of less than one percent. It has been suggested that one in 10,000 eastern gray squirrels are a black morph. As for over-stimulation, I was fine until the shirt came off..................................

Hey dude, Dancer's a multi-talented guy. He's just trying to broaden our horizons a bit, nothing wrong with that.

I agree there isn't anything wrong with it but I don't want to be involved on a channel that isn't what I want which is trains that's why he did a train video and I thought that's what he was about but if he doesn't do train videos very often then I just will move on to a different channel I want a guy that is strictly trained none of this other crap I'm not interested in that I just want trains. I hope you understand.
