Why not use Charcoal Grills as most US families do, especially for summer parties, instead of gas? When I was living in Beijing, I even prefer traditional Chinese hot pots with charcoal. Actually, the most famous Beijing hotpot is using copper cookware and charcoal. Besides, most gastronomist belives charcoal grill brings more delicious smoked flavor to food. Most people can easily taste the flavor difference. Gas is very dangerous. From a modern health perspective, grilled food, and smoked food is not recommended as everyday food, due to their correspondence with lots of illness. The higher price charcoal grill also can be used as a price factor to limit the scale of the grill food market. Making traditional, health or/and safety concerned food pricy or high-end with high-stand and high-quality is a better sustainable business mindset.

That's exactly what it was. Parts of it were so sweet and personal but we can relate happens. Some of it was FYI, FBI and intelligence because the waters are not safe and over time literally because of us and the breakdown of the family. People need to put 2 and 2 together, 1 +1+1 and E = mc2 in perspective. Global warming has to do with human responsibility, Plato and Socrates message! Chrissy Comey
