Mag sealed bearings that do let water in and then the main gear because daiwa has chosen to use alloy then corrodes and needs replacing…I’m not a fan boy and actually have the latest of both Shimano and daiwa. They both have good and bad points, but to basically say daiwa is superior is incredibly stupid. If daiwa got away from allot main gearing and magseal yet managed to keep their current feel I’d give them the edge…but right now no, and only a fan boy would say one brand is far better than the other
@attilavirag7346 Alan hawk disagrees the buying public disagree. The advantages of mq far outweigh the negatives. I never said daiwa is better and all shimano sucks but this saltiga 23 reel shits on any other spin reel I've ever used snd i think mq is something shimano struggle to match. Have you tried one
@@kamadowoah4584All the MQ reels are tighter, more fluid, lighter and stronger than their shimano counterparts. However Shimano still shines in the sub 400$ category, because the Stradic and Saragosa are the best value for money in the class.
Wrong! They use A7075 aluminum alloy. The best alloy in the market. Btw. I have 10 reels with Magseal. Never any leak. I also have a 5 Shimano reels. (22 Stella) 2 leaked!
I've got 6kh it's amazing. If you're thinking about and can afford it just get it, incredible so powerful and nice to use.

The 6000XH fits about 350mt of PE3 braided line. We like the Tasline and Varivas braids
