    your link for the plancha says its for XL egg but I think you used a large egg. Your website says its 18.5 inches which would be the large. Just want to make sure we get the right one. Thanks, great video.

    Will that 1/2 cast iron fit in a large BGE?

      I dont believe it will fit as a half moon in the Large.

    looks great! except the cilantro cant do that soapy tasting stuff. but will give the rest of it a go next weekend thanks for posting... 👍👍

      Sounds great! I am so thankful that it doesn't taste like that to me. I have friends who say the same thing, "yuck.... tastes like soap"

    As a Mexican from the state of Michoacán I have to say this: sorry but those are not carnitas, you can call them whatever you want, but don't call them carnitas. This is the reason that people around the world think that Tex Mex is authentic Mexican food when is not.
    In carnitas you use the whole pork and you cook it lard in a big cooper pot for at least four hours.
    I'm not saying that meat or those tacos are good, but those are not carnitas at all.
