  • Second part video showing the conversion of a Tamiya Mercedes Actros 6x4 prime mover fitted with a MFC-03 to a Beier SFR-1. Plus some other work along the way. Going into detail showing the programming has meant the videos are lengthy and I've done my best to condense content as much as possible. I hope you find some of it helps you!

I really like these videos you do Colin, especially given that I also use the Radiolink AT10 transmitter.

A great video very well explained. I do have one question though. The indicator lights: Why have you installed them in three positions each side. Would it not be better to have all the left and all the right set to one position each in the connector block?
Hope this Video helps me turn my paper weight into a usable truck! lol

Hello there. Thanks for the kind words. Your question is a valid one. Where I need all of the 16 outputs I brigade all of the same to one block position. I may spread them out when I'm not under any constraints and use whatever is available wherever the wire pops up. Hope this helps.

Where did you get the black inserts to limit the sticks movement as I'll be using a AT 10 ii when I can finally decide on which truck to get I'm leaning towards the Scania 770s

They came with the Tamiya truck builds I've done. Not seen them for sale anywhere.

Since you went sBus why use the sticks to control sounds lights etc? Why not use the switches on top of the radio?!?!
