Yeah dude it was a joke. Green Day was a great punk band. Then in my opinion they got too big to continue being a proper punk band. But realistically, Billie is not John Lennon and Green Day is not The Beatles so he needs to chill out. Usher is more popular than them (honestly sadly) and so he got more time. But IF Green Day was incredible and incredibly appealing they wouldve got more time.
All that time while Billy Joe was whining, they could have played 4 songs.

If i was on the concert it would had been me for showing him in total disrespect that i have enough of ACDC playing the same crap since 1533 and never evolved or changed a thing. They still play theire 3 chords with the dideldideldideldi from Angus. Its great... for 2 or 3 Albums but they made ( it feels like ) 100 of em filled with the same stuff :D

Yet, all Rock/Metal are not considered fails because those guys are normal human who miss parts sometimes unlike clips of pop/hiphop artists, Katy couldn't even sync an instrument, JB piano kept playing even though the piano is destroyed, 50 is complete fail as human and most HipHop/Rap artists on stage, complete douchbags. To sum it all the only real genre which need years of practice and talent is Rock and all the sub genres metal, blues ... etc.

Back then Billie also struggled with alcohol addiction and he just snapped. He had every reason to be mad and the alcohol didnt help at all. He went in to rehab about 2 or 3 days later and thats what their new song "Still Breathing" is about.

They weren't randomly inducted to the Rock n Roll hall of fame. As I explained to Juandi Tissot they complained only because their time was cut short from 45-50 minutes to 30 minutes.
