Grand Case is French, so it is St. Martin. Flew over to St. Barth and back in a C-172 out of Grand Case. Interesting yellow markings at the end of the runway for the ATR's to back up in Beta to use the full length of runway.
A very French atmosphere in the cockpit.

I love the different camera views in this video. Beautiful plane inside and out, great pilots to listen to and watch from, and an awesome landing that sounds amazing. The view outside these windows is beautiful with amazing terrain, landscape, and water. One day, I'll make it there, but I will not fly anywhere for a while due to the virus. My husband and I are still trying to figure out if we want to cancel or move our trip across the Atlantic. The trip is in November of this year, but we'll see. Anyways, awesome video; I love it.

I had the chance to experience this in 2006 while going to Mauritius. The crew was very professional, landing the ATR 72 in windy conditions after a cyclone.

We would love nothing more than to bring you more Caribbean airlines. We invited LIAT and Caribbean many many times but never much interest. We did in the past film Winair, BWIA and Air Caraibes, maybe a few others but happy to bring you Air Antilles. Hopefully more in the future.

Good Job! I have stood on the beach and watched the KLM 747 land - Awesome. MY question, "What is the purpose of the red, white and blue balls attached to the center pillar?"
When you visually align the balls you have the optimal height setting of your seat for forward vision.
I am live in st.maarten but ive never went to grand case before only princess juliana international

Note that Sint Maarten is the name for the DUTCH SIDE. The French side is called Saint-Martin.

Yes indeed. Most people probably did not know this unless you flew into the French side of the island.

to adjust seat height so that pilot's eyes line up so that balls are all horizontal

Interesting, it’s not usual to land with condition levers at 100% override. Probably company policy for this runway.

Princess Juliana is the international airport on the dutch side, grand case is a regional airport on the french side of the island
