If you're going to publish a book on Amazon KDP you will need two files. The interior pages PDF file and the book cover PDF file (front and back). So, you don't have to put them altogether. Now, if you're going to sell your book as an ebook through a platform like Stan, then all you have to do is save all the pages you need, such as front cover and interior pages of your book as a PDF print file.
