Wow this is a great video!
I have recently added quail to our homestead operation and we love how easy they are to keep, and how delicious their eggs are. We have only been breeding for a short time, and still learning about the benefits!!
I’m putting together some literature for my customers and you shared some really good points that I’m keen to investigate further to share with the customers and locals

I am learning so much from your videos. Thank you so much for a great job posting information.
Very impressed with the seamless transition of your lifestyle into homesteading. I can't imagine the amount of research you guys have done before starting your different farming projects. You are both very courageous young people to take this all on.
    Just love it!!

I’m getting quail because I have a sensitivity to chicken eggs. I can have chicken yolks but the white I have to get rid of. I also have a dog that has an allergy to chicken eggs but can have ANY other farm species of egg with no issues.
I was going to get ducks until I found out about quail! Ditched the duck idea so fast 😆
I have watched a good amount of your videos and they are always helpful! And feels like a friend convo!
Raw eggs are amazing for you! Even chicken!
I actually blend 2 chicken egg yolks into my big coffee with some butter instead of milk and sugar. I am animal based/keto diet person.
I bet that quail eggs would have a way better taste in my coffee and I wouldn’t have to ditch the egg whites too!
I can’t wait for my quail! My first eggs for hatching will be here the first week of may!

Hey! Nice video. Quail eggs are safe to eat raw, even if you are pregnant or have a compromised immune system according to the USDA.

Hi Debra, thanks for sharing. I would still suggest checking with your doctor just to be safe!

Recently we bought quail eggs from our nearby Asian market. First we open up two and boiled slow in a soup. Delicious no issues. ☕️ This morning (before watching your video) I plopped one quail egg into a mason jar and I realized that some bits of the egg shell did get into the jar so I removed those with a spoon. I actually thought at that moment that I should have washed off the egg shell first. I poured hot coffee into the mason jar and stirred up the egg. After adding in sour heavy whipping cream and a teaspoon of coconut oil I sipped the drink ☕️. Soon I felt belly cramping and was on the toilet going diarrhea. I actually felt better within the next hour by just resting. I might boil the eggs next time. Thank you for your informative video. Very helpful 🙏

Add fresh raw quail eggs on top of a rice bowl followed by a few drops of soy sauce, sesami oil and green onion. It’s delicious. In Japan we eat it with sashimi, sliced raw fish.

Gunkan Maki Sushi is often made with sushi rice wrapped in seaweed with Tobiko Roe topped with a raw quail egg. Sooo delicious!

Stomach hurts and ahem...excreting alot of waste, tho I feel as tho this is a good thing, like a detox of sorts. Will definitely continue consuming these! Btw, LOVED the cheer at the end of the video!

I love quail eggs. I just did what I call an egg sampler. I took raw quail eggs, raw chicken eggs, and masago eggs and mixed them together and slammed it down.

Blake that’s insane! I’ve heard that there are so many great positives to having raw quail eggs but I am still personally a bit afraid. I love to hear all of the stuff your getting into!

Not giving out any medical advice but I give raw quail eggs to my dog all the time. They are supposed to be really good for dogs. I would bet that they are definitely more healthy than the snacks at the pet store.

The cage is a rip off though. 250 bucks for plastic and the shipping cost is nearing 100 bucks.

All I know about chicken eggs is.
    A. The yolks for the brown eggs are far more likely to break upon touching the pan then white eggs.
    B. I've been eating chicken eggs all my life, and it's easier and safer than foriging for wild bird eggs. Seeing size difference, and plentiful supplies at the store made me agree.
And C. I now realize life is short and I gotta say, OH WHY THE HELL NOT!?
