- Been practicing semen retention for 30 days now and I realized this mindset shift within myself.. Day 30 0f 365.. been posting every single day for this year so far and I don't plan on stopping until I get 365!!

I’m on day 48. Feel less anxiety and more real confidence. I sleep better and feel fresher in the morning. I look at women in a more respectful way and that feels good.

I been on semen retention over 3years now , journey started March 2020. Let me say it’s a road to greatness something I can’t describe unless you been in that long .
