Fa needs to retire. He has great assets, good height, and size but just doesn't have the strength to bang it with the big boys. No snap in the punches and that is a key to doing well.
He's got balls even tryna do boxing I'll give him that,he's also come along way,he doesnt seem to have that killer attitude or killer power he's also a placid guy by nature I think his faith has softened him up aswell

He's got plenty of strength but he also has a very limited punching arsenal which is never a good thing, obviously you don't wanna overdo it but you need a little more in your kit than just a jab and a cross
