It was biological fermenation concepts, but must doing this slowly with surely because, yeast- singled fungi multiplies itself in a big groups which later on affect the quality of milk which we need, the concept is not produce milions litres of milk only but we should consider both quality and quantity of milk which may result good health to consumers.
