    Aaapne jo ek sentence bola ki, Qrated machine ko chaiye hai to chaiye, jyada magna loge to system se leke voltage dip karwa dega.

    Sir kaise pta payenge ki reactive power ki kitni jarurat h aur kis rating tak ham synchronous motor ko over exting karayenge,,,eski bhi koi limit hoti h ki nhi kitna over excited karana h kitna nhi...??

    Why capacitor bank is put in OFF condition while DG is ON?
    Can't we improve pf while we getting supply from DG.?

      Yes.... The reactive power it draws can be derived from formula
      Q = v*v / 2πfL
      So for rated voltages and frequency, the amount of reactive power absorb by L is fix
