O ponto alto é o uso da marreta para fechar tudo muito bem e depois o uso da garrafa de Sprite para fazer o teste, sem isso eles não teriam sucesso.

Usar grasa en el cilindro de la bomba es un error terrible, se debe usar el mismo liquido de frnos para lubricarlo y no contaminarlo.

Сам похожим занимался, со своими машинами. Когда плохо было с деньгами.
У ГТС зеркало цилиндра уже наверняка приехало. От коррозии, от того что там поршеньки уже поработали. Резинки по качеству тот ещё вопрос. Если их в соседнем сарайчике делают- как они будут тормозуху держать - тот ещё вопрос. Короче ресурс этого ГТС лотерея.
По вакуумнику- а его регулировать не надо?

Вообще-то обычно выходит из строя крайняя манжета главного цилиндра, и тормозуха попадает на вакуумник - появляются потёки на корпусе в месте крепления главного. эта тормозуха в итоге разъедает манжету (11:40), т.к. она из простой резины, не маслобензостойкой, и манжета начинает травить по центральному отверстию, по штоку толкателя. Герметичность вакуумника теряется, эффективность падает. Вдобавок идёт подсос воздуха во впускной коллектор через шланг отбора разрежения вакуумника. Мотор начитает троить на холостых. А больше в вакуумнике изнашиваться нечему. Можно было поменять манжеты в главном и центральную манжету на штоке. Она выдёргивается вместе с толкателем. Ну и покрасить потом. Цена работы - копейки.

I really don't think they did too bad of a job considering the conditions that they were working in if all they were trying to do was get their brake booster working again I think they did a good enough job if it was holding pressure and not blowing bubbles, but yeah I do think it would be a dishonest hack job if they're trying to pass it as rebuilt or even new, I just brought home a 75 mgb yesterday and drove too after sitting over a year, ran horrible but I made it,pulled the carb going to clean here shortly, but I spayed soapy water all over the booster and I'm getting big bubbles all around the two halves, I'm going to try and separate the halves and clean it up add some right stuff and press and crimp them back and see how it works

Very reckless. Assembling wet and greasy parts. Water droplets have no place in the brake system. Also the paint on the wet greasy surface won't last even few days.

He used grease to lube the master cylinder piston. Absolute junk. Grease will expand and deform all the rubber seals in that thing. He should be charged with manslaughter after the crash.
