They explain about spinning while in the middle of the windy spot, that you should try using sepia on the camera.. And that there is a very strange strong breeze that seems to be singing. I hate ritualistic Easter eggs cuz they are almost unobtainable by random luck. There’s only 2 games I’ve had random luck n that was finding 2 of the 3 locations of the random space ship battle in final fantasy 7. The last location is literally impossible to engage in without outside help. Hitman is the same way with the hippo and the chicken spray paints.

the sepia filter is a reference to black and white, where the guitarist for the meloetta event describes the relic song as "a sepia colored memory"

One thing to note, SPIN CLOCKWISE. My friend spent around 20 minutes on this as he was spinning counter clockwise.
