I believe you, Cee! This was my first morning with this workout. Tate’s are new to me; seems good to get as many different angles of lift as possible…full range of motion with strength kind of stuff. Awesome! 🎉
I heard someone say one way of telling if you are loosing fat and not muscle is if you are getting stronger! Well since lifting weights constantly for the last 2 yrs and many of those workouts following along with you, I am definitely stronger. When I started for example I could only use a 3kg for trisept extensions/scull crushers (floor) now I'm up to 5kg with good form! This is just one example. I also see definition in my arms and legs now. Not sure if the comment I saw is true but concistany snd eating well seems to be working. I'm 62 and thank you for all your free content ❤
I love this workout! I am getting so much better going up and down from the floor! I have 2 replaced knees and fused bones in one foot (toes won't bend now), Thanks to your workouts, I can move so much better and feel great! Keeping spinal arthritis at bay better than any meds! I encourage everyone to work out with Cee!

Ive been working out since feb2024 ive lost 17lbs and can tell the difference in my body and clothes. I love your older videos cause we can here your voice. The videos without voice im constantly looking at tv. Would love to here your guidance with form. Like dont lock knees, back straight,abs in etc. I seem to lose form when im totally getting into it. Love your videos it doesnt matter to me what your hair looks like. You're beautiful either way. Thanks for your time snd dedication to your channel😊.
You are now a go to for me. Just right to start my days. I appreciate the single exercise approach as that is how I have always trained. I prefer to focus on the muscle and proper body mechanics. Yes, I am a fitness instructor! And the fact that you train barefoot is a huge bonus imo. Thank you and keep these coming!
I recently got on a regular schedule of lifting with your videos and I see more muscle improvement this time and I think it may have something to do with the fact that I also started taking collagen type 1 & 2 peptide powder daily. I was already doing protein shakes, meat, soy and other proteins but did not see the gain before. I just turned 50 and feel stronger than I ever have. Once I got over the initial hurdle of training and fatigue, I think I’m in a groove and miss lifting when I dont. Thank you for sharing your workouts Cee.

Cee this was CHALLENGING, huffing and puffing and sweating like a pig keeping up with you. But, I ENJOYED it and can't wait to see lifting the heavier weights showing results in a while. The music is entertaining with your smile to show us we can keep up with you though with heavier breathing. BLESS you for helping us obtain great health and mental health giving up the junk food for better choices, You workouts are killer after an illness and slowly feeling better. Thanks Cee.

I love a 30 minute workout due to my busy schedule and have been using your videos for the past few months. I notice there’s no warm up or cool down within the workouts in this playlist. Are there any plans to include them again in future videos?
There's a WARM UP playlist with a selection of 5 minute videos to pick from, directly below the COMBO SETS playlist. This allows people to chose the warm up they prefer and "change things up" when repeating the strength workouts!

When you're familiar with a workout routine it's easier to focus on proper form, get a better connection to the target muscle and know when it's time to increase the dumbbell weight. For this reason most people complete the same workout three times before moving on to a different video. But, if picking a different 30 minute workout each time helps you to be consistent, DO THAT!

Just a little request I wonder if you could tilt the mirror so we could see your back because I don’t always manage to see the form for example, when you’re doing forward roles do we tilt the pelvis out or curl it under?
