    Dude keep these up, there aren't enough resources for intermediate/advanced guitarists online, most of them are beginner oriented. If you plan on diving to a deeper depth, do make a whole course, it'd be lovely to pay for a course that actually works for once 🤘🏼

    Great Lesson Jack! I have been checking out your feel and note choices it is on point very interesting selection of intervals. You are one of my favorite players right now because of your versatility and style. The way play inside the pocket soloing with a rhythm covering the neck in Linear movements is awesome..Big Ups

    Thanks Jack. I really enjoyed your recent soloing over chord changes video, but this has helped me stretch my thinking. I feel like it’s expanding my musical knowledge. It’s hard to think of this stuff as I’m playing, but I guess that’s what practice is for..!!

    Thanks Jack. Some great stuff there. I’ve always targeted the third but never the flat seventh so I’ll be adding that and stealing a few of those licks you’ve just played.

    Great lesson. I kind of do the same thing in a different way. I use Dom7 arpeggios as per chord and target one of the 1st, 3rd, 5th or 7th to imply the change. I think the 3rds and 7ths are the strongest. Never really use the 2nds which is clearly the difference from mixolydian to maj-pentatonic.

    Damn that was some good insight full stuff bro! I been trying to figure out the blues since 2002 but still feel like there is so much more to learn. And this approach of going with the 3rds is not a bad idea to try atleast for me 😂
    Great one bro! Greetings from Goa, india !

    Where can I get this backing track?

  • @onlyguitar6521
    @onlyguitar6521 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Quick suggestion. Your videos are amazing, some of the best, I thank you for that!. Your audio is not the greatest though. When you switch from playing the guitar to speaking there is a big loss in volume, so it’s sometimes difficult to understand what you say. If I turn the volume up then the guitar hits and it’s super loud. I’ve been trying to understand every single word you say as you throw so many music pearls there and it’s sometimes difficult to do so. Thanks again!

      Jack Gardiner because I'm sure it would be better for you! Or maybe just use the hair straightener less because they seem quite flat! It's a simple advice don't take it wrong 😅
