A Conversation with Sheku Kanneh-Mason

On November 6, 2023, British cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason visited Play on Philly students at their Saint Francis de Sales School site in West Philadelphia. Play On Philly provides tuition-free music education to students K through 12. Kanneh-Mason's appearance was thanks to the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, which had enlisted him for a solo recital the following night. After a workshop with the students, Kanneh-Mason sat down for an interview with WRTI.
