Grand father self aquired property partitioned his 5 sons 40yrs back...........In that elder son share partitioned his 3 childrens thrugh compromise in bangalore mediation centre. In2013 In this father share property transfered to through GIFT DEED his 2 childrens . Now grand childrens can challenge the compromise decree?

Sir my father and his brother and sisters have partitioned in sub registrar office and mutation also done in 2009-2010 ,sisters gave their land both my father and his brother,now my father died in 2020 his brother is provoking the sisters to case partition suit is it possible that they can challenge this as partition deed is registered . Sir my grandfather has 3 sons and 3 daughters. In 1994 his ancestral property is divided to all his 3sons . But it is not registered partition , or final decree of the court. But all 3 sons has get there own property documents like RTC ,MR and all other govt documents. And all are acting on there property from 1994. In 2006 one of the son is sold all his property. Now in 2022 two daughters are came and case partition suit.againest all . I know supreme court judgement s Before 2004 any partitions are not question again . How we can prove in the court. Please guide me.

Apply to the ADLR for Phodhi , if there is no stay order from the civil court , the case is reffered to RRT ,it is decided there by deputy thasildhar ,
