The history of Ancient Belgium could also be interesting, the Belgae, Gallic wars and Germanic wars

Jup, they crossed to the south of England aswell, a couple of Belgae tribes made a new home there.

My family came to the USA from Switzerland and named their settlement Helvetia. My family never said they were Swiss, just Helvetian! No wonder!

My family came from Switzerland in 1675 and established the industrial cannabis industry for the American colonies producing every sail for the American fleet along with other things made from the product. They stopped production and began making furniture and other wood products alike cigar boxes and such. We established Myerstown Pennsylvania

I thoroughly enjoyed this and I always knew Switzerland was very unique amongst the European countries and I recall learning about Hannibal and wooly mammoth elephants Crossing the Alps

I’m curious about the religious practices of the Alemanni between the time Christianity faded and returned.

The Tigurins also came from the north (from Baden-Württemberg). It seems that they were a warrior tribe, certainly from the Heidengraben, and perhaps even from the Ipf. Probably under pressure from the Suevi (Germans) they migrated like all the proto-Helvetic tribes towards the south and the southwest. They went to Zurich (Tigurum), where they were confronted to the Tougenii (of Uetliberg), then perhaps founded the fortress of Rheinau on the Rhine, to finally continue towards the west where they settled in particular at Aventicum (Avenches). It is even possible that they were the warriors of LaTène on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Their origin from the north of Baden-Württemberg perhaps explains their later alliance with the Cimbri.

I afraid the history of Purtugal is about 100 times bigger than Switzerland's. The only common thing are Celts, Germans and Romans.

2:25 Wouldn't make a difference, they would of taken Celtic husbands and Wives and changing religion. The Rhaetians would be Celticized anyway.
