I revisited it on a camping trip years later, and to my absolute and utter shock, there was more than 1 mansion! I went like 5 years thinking it all took place in a single mansion! Anyways amazing remix, I enjoyed it!
Luigi's Mansion 2 and sometimes 3 don't get nearly as much love as the original, and I'm a massive fan of 3's soundtrack. This brought a big smile to my face :)

Yeah, legit the mission that happens in is called Paranormal Chaos. Or, at least, one of the two is. The other is Terrifying Invasion, but that's a bonus. This is just the piano music from the third mission in Gloomy Manor that plays while fighting the Poltergeists, which notably has the same melody. :3
I grew up with Luigi's mansion 2 it was the first 3ds game I had ever played and I have played it so many times that I know where to go I mean I have a record for beating the game and levels and also if you want to loop this song click the settings then press loop video and turn it on and then boom
i love the song and the general feel of this, but i think the mushroom in the bottom right corner should be a luigi or poltergust silhouette if you choose to make more luigi’s mansion music. (which would be amazing. this game is one of my favorites).

Honestly I think it's criminal that this song wasn't remixed for Ultimate. When I think of Luigi's Mansion I think of this song (yes, somehow the song that plays constantly in the original is still overshadowed by this).
I’ll bite lol. I personally find the 3rd game to be the best. and dark moon the worst because it’s the one that offers the least side Areas and Seacrets to explore. Despite this it’s still a great game. All the Luigi’s mansion games are. I’m not against your opinion at all, cuz all the games are fire and we are Allowed to have our own opinions. I 100% agree tho that this is one of the best themes across all 3 games. Easy top 5 for me. But yea, dark moon and the others are great!

Personally I didn't find LM3 to be too enjoyable though, since it always felt to me like the game was prioritizing quantity over quality, with the only exception being the artstyle and general graphics. Combined with heavy difficulty spikes, a large amount of backtracking, and the minor detail of E Gad being an actual asshole, I would say it's the worst of the three. Since I should also explain why I think Dark Moon is the best, I'll do that now: The mission-based system rather than semi-free-roam has been typically regarded as the main reason the game is the worst, but I find it to work in the game's favor. It seemed more likely that Luigi, given his personality, would like to spend more time with E Gad than in haunted mansions. Plus, missions allowed for greater variety in a single section, most evidently in the Haunted Towers and Secret Mine. The basic ghosts also were the best in this game than they have even been, having individual personalities that the game spent ample time showing off, rather than blank slates like 1 and 3 had. Of course 1 and 3 did also have the personalities given to their bosses, which I will say Dark Moon was a bit lacking in. Yeah this was a text wall but I feel like this can explain why I think the way I do.

There was only one Luigis Mansion Dark Moon theme in the entire game its like Nintendo forgot it existed, I wish every theme was in the game, maybe that could be an extra if there was another smash game.
Aside from the 3 main characters in Dark Moon, this is my favorite part of the game. I don’t dislike Dark Moon, but it’s definitely the weakest of the 3.
