Just started playing, I love the pteranodon. After the first night, I installed Reshade, because the night vision on pteranodon is total bullshit. It is like the devs hate it, so they don't want you to play for more than half the time. And if there is a storm during the day, that is essentially night, too. I flew all over the coasts in the North and Southeast, until I starved to death from full, on multiple times, still never seen a sea turtle or crab. So I think I'll settle for frogs and fish. Lots of great tips in your videos. I had no idea that clinging let you eat fish and then relaunch without stamina cost.
I had an issue where when approaching a new area I could hear omni raptors but couldn't see them. After hovering for a while they suddenly appeared. I wonder if being unable to find turtles is due to a similar issue. They might be there but haven't visually loaded in before you have already flown over them.
Is this before some patch. I thought. Babies couldn't swallow fish whole without getting sick. And my Stam usage is way more than this even with trying to glide most of the time.
Im just wondering why in the world the fish 2x your size only give like 3 percent food, i dont have the game because I have no pc but this is my favorite creature to watch gameplay of. It saddens me as a viewer how the developers made it a frail blind at night twig strengthed hummingbird when it's a giant majestic yet goofy seagull Birds are very durable and have tons of resistance to things that most animals would crumble to, pteranodons are pretty similar to birds so I assume they're way more powerful than popular belief I mean, how does it get 1 shot by everything? Yes it should still be very injured, but a bird-like creature would likely pull through It's like how people can get bit by bears and live to tell the tale but this lil bird guy can't take a nibble from an infant dino
