- To millions they’re the lovable Pam and Mick Shipman from Gavin & Stacey, but away from the camera Alison Steadman and Larry Lamb have been friends for over 25 years. Alison and Larry join us in the studio as they take a trip down memory lane for a brand new series in which they take a trip from Billericay in Essex to Barry Island in South Wales where they meet some familiar faces along the way. They will also be revealing if we can expect a Gavin & Stacey reunion in the near future…

I’m in Australia and I love this pair…in Gavin and Stacey and also Larry in Eastenders and New Trick…Alison on Hold the Sunset and Life…they are some of the great British actors and shows.

Alison seems a bit withdrawn/ sad. 😔 I really miss Gavin and Stacy. I bet they do too. They seemed to have so much fun making it, and it seemed like a real family dynamic.
They should move on and do something else.

Larry and Alison are great, but This Morning is dire as all its presenters put on fake happy smiling faces / faeces. I'd rather watch a repeat of a proper comedy at 10am every morning! 🤡💩🤠🤪😂😂🤣🤣
That is probably part of their job description…you should have seen the false hype by the presenters on TV commentating live on Saturday for FIFA World Cup here in Brisbane..they were all sounding false….but there is no need to be factious that’s a reflection on you and your comment. Obviously you were not bought up to respect your elders.
@@CatsandJP I did see the presenters commentating on the World Cup in Brisbane Saturday. They like ours are clearly demented. How do you conclude your daft comment of "I don't respect my elders" you fool. I am older than them! So you should respect your elders!

The template is Richard and Judy. It was their show originally and they should have stuck with that format. Instead they're trying to emulate American tv shows/ presenters. Even Americans don't like that, they generally prefer out tv presenters for being more real.
