Cheers for sharing! Looking for help: My Safe Wallet has some Tether USDT, and I have the backup phrase: -clean- -party- -soccer- -advance- -audit- -clean- -evil- -finish -tonight- -involve- -whip- -action-. How can I go about moving them to another wallet on Binance?
if my phrase that is written on the sheet is lost, then how will I restore my wallet if only the first 4 letters of the word are written in this capsule, and how can I find out the rest of the letters??? I didn't understand this
Your seed phrase was reference to BIP-39 mnemonic code that first 4 letters is unique and you can open BIP-39 word list and find the full word from your 4 letter. :')
because the phrases r generated with 2048 words. u can find the list online, and every word is unique by its first 4 letters, so u can identify it like that
I mean, it’s just a great video, nothing else to say, was done perfectly, verified everything that needed to be verified, well done bro, appreciate your work 👊🏼
oh nice, great real review! I dont have one of these, but I do have a couple of the crypto capsules that Ledger sells, keen to see how that fares against this one?
if you buy say 4 of these how is it possible to mark them to know which of the 4 devices relates to the relevant wallet because they dont come in different colours do they? If one cannot somehow mark them differently it becomes impossible to know which seed phrase holder relates to which crypto wallet.
Good question. You could differentiate them with the sticker on the outside, or make your own with a label maker. Or you could identify it from the paper backup that is stored inside the tube.
Haha. Was thinking same thing… but if you watch close to the end of the video after cooking it in the fireplace the paper is long gone, but the punched holes survived and seed is saved.
Single use is an absolute no go for me. The tiny hole punches might be hard for some eyes to read. But making it single use is just stupid. Good review though.
@@Fluxzone90 This kinda sounds like a pro tbh. If I'm saving a seedphrase to something, I want it to be untamperable/unalterable...kinda like the blockchain.
Hi all, hello I’m new on market, can someone tell me how can transfer my assets from SafePal wallet to an exchange? With seed phrase like this (clerk suspect carpet furnace junior rhythm taxi force buyer act approve rule).
Lol just.make up your own diguise for your keys and split them across half a dozen emails to yourself, no need to overcomplicate it and make money for someone else with this gimmick
That is a terrible idea. Email has no encryption and your exchange could wipe your emails so they'd be lost if not on-device. And with IMAP, it'll be deleted off your device at next sync also.
Get your Trezor Keep Metal here! geni.us/TrezorKeepMetal
I tried your link and It didnt work on my side
@@tylerjodeblock1224 Thanks for letting me know. They broke the referral link! I updated it now :)
You even experimented with fire!! Kudo. Thank you, Hayden
Nice video thank you! I decided to go with the DIY version and stamp metal washers. Thinking of what sort of tube I can put it in.
Solid material. We need more videos like these

I'm surprised there was no "most replayed" at fire test :D anyway, I was really looking into this test and you did it. Thank you 🤝
Glad I could help!
What a great video!! I like the testing of the product a lot!! Interesting to see if it really stands up to the claims! Keep the good work up buddy!!
Thanks, really appreciate it :)
No 24 word option? 😔

how to back up with 4 words on the trezor metal if i lost the paper sheek phrase ?
anyone know what type of laser engraving is that? trying to find solution to laser or cnc to a washer ring cheaply..
i thought the paper may have survived the fire
Nice test!
Very nice video. Thank you
Glad you liked it

you have to label them
@@HaydenOttobut you cooked the paper in the fireplace 😂
The first four letters for the second word were CRAN. This could be multiple words....
what is the purpose of the rolled paper? if the seed is already punched in metal, is it another backup?
guessing easier to read for quickly inputting your data into an exchange for hw wallet.
Haha. Was thinking same thing… but if you watch close to the end of the video after cooking it in the fireplace the paper is long gone, but the punched holes survived and seed is saved.
Nice video I just bought mine
FOR THAT PRICE they could have find some paper that does resist fire
Yeah but you would also need heat resistent ink and heating resisitng stickers and etc... its just not that important

Thanks. And yeah this is one of the downsides of the product. But for me, if you are protecting large sums of money, the small investment is worth it.
I mean you probably want it to be single use. I'd never buy a product where there's a chance someone could change it in any way at any point.
What do you mean by single use?
@@thesecondrei1 It means you can't change it for any different wallets later. Once holes are punched, they're punched forever

the only concern with Trezor is that users request a 24 words passphrase
good video :O
Thanks!

i think keystone tablet is nicer
There are cheaper alternatives to be honest
Which ones?
The cheaper, the less secured…
