محترم آپکی بات درست ہے کہ utubers بعض اوقات بلاوجہ hype creates کرتے ہیں…..بصد احترام آپ بھی تو تصویر کا ایک ہی رخ بتاتے ہیں تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ like ملیں…اس میں کو ئی شعبہ نہیں کہ szambu یعنی ہمارے بچوں کے ساتھ زیادتی ہوئی اور اسکا ازالہ یہی بنتا تھا کہ اسے reconduct ہونا چاہیے لیکن جسٹس ارباب طاہر نے مزید نوٹس لکھ کر اس سارے عمل کو مشکوک بنا دیا جس سے kpk اور uhs کے بچوں کو بہت نقصان پہنچنے کا خدشہ ہے….آپکی ویڈیو کی طرف آ جاتے ہیں شاید آپکے پاس بھی معلومات کی کمی ہے انٹرا کورٹ میں ایک نہیں تین ججز بیٹھتے ہیں جو اپیل سنتے ہیں……دوسری بات یہ ہے اعلی عدالتوں میں ہو روز ایک نہیں سینکڑوں کی cases پر اعتراض لگا کر واپس کۓ جاتے ہیں لیکن اسکا مطلب یہ نہیں ہوتا کہ case کمزور ہے یا اس میں جان نہیں….یہ عام سی بات ہے کبھی کیس کے ساتھ affidavit نہیں کبھی کسی sign نہیں وغیرہ ….آپکو اس سات کیس کا پتا ہی نہیں آپ خواہ مخواہ بچوں کو خوش کرنے کے لۓ انھیں گمراہ کر رہے ہیں….کے پی کے بچو کا کیس بہت مضبوط ہے کہ IHC کی فیصلہ انصاف کا قتل اور انتہائی بد دیانتی پر مبنی ہے اگر اسے عدالت بغیر کسی سفارش دیانتداری سے سنے تو اس فیصلے نے ختم ہر صورت ختم ہونا ہے اور مجھے szambu کا reconduction بھی مشکل نظر آ رہا ہے بشرطیکہ انٹرا کورٹ میں ججز ارباب طاہر کی ذہنیت والے نہ ہوں.

Just imagine that an entry test has become a drama. This is because of IHC decision. More then 1000000 students are waiting in the country. Entire time of young students is going in vain. Where happens in the world that months of time being wasted to give favour to particular class of society. The IHC is responsible for this biased decision. The academy Mafia is behind all this story Just to promote their business. Total injustice with the students of all the provinces except Islamabad. If SZABMU has done the blunder then why the students of rest of the country are being hanged? This academy Mafia is supporting such things for their own interests and calling it as truth. Our education system can never improve until and unless such academy Mafia are complete banned. They never deliver in their institution and then become so called well-wishers of the students in their acadmeis. The poor and deprived students of rural areas are their special target.They can't bear it that any poor student may progress, they only want to flourish their education business even at the cast of sacrificing the poor students especially from Punjab.

Sir the point is that they said the paper was leaked. If it is true then the whole result should be cancelled but they have not done it. Rather they have cancelled the previous year result which has no point to do with. This year's whole result should be cancelled and paper should be reconducted only if it was leaked.

Court order doesn't mentions anything like difficulty level. It just said that questions were out of syllabus and nothing else and that was accepted by PMDC so court ordered for reconduct. And there are many kPK students who says that test wasn't difficult of theirs.

Pl raise your voice for this injustice that why giving options of previous SZABMU MDCAT test marks or ŕeconduct marks may be conted. If 31 questions have problem in SZABMU previous test then how a student obtained 175 or plus marks
Not luck dear 31 are out of course but some students are truely talented they cover beyond their sallybus so they are able to score even in out of course mcqs

@@Lava_ninjaa ofcourse we shouldn't divide but the courts in isb facilitate isb only. And the same decision for other provinces as well. Szambu is conducted in isb. Students from isb are facilitated but students from other areas have to look for their expense for convenence. Rather they should conduct it in all provinces.Thats injustice and facts

Pl don't make incorrect interpretations of legal matter. The legal position is that if intra court grants stay on the order of the single bench original judgement of 28-10-24 after removal of objections from the pititioer then RECONDUCT cannot be scheduled till the final order of the intra court.
Liar!!!!!the case isn't against cancellation of re conduct. It's against previous test total cancellation and a fair test so Balochistan and kpk students dont sufferwhich is a just and fair demand . Ur case was 10 time weaker than ours and u still won . Inshallah deserving will make it in the end
The problem is that 30 questions had problem in which some where out of syllabus some had their options wrong some had multiple option some had no answers a mix of all these things so students above threshold of 170 is just because of luck or something like that but highest score was 192 not above that so if one is not prepared for this mdcat he can consider the previous one without the number given of wrong question and if reconduct or grace marks would not have given it would be totally unfair for szambu students it is not about difficulty level it is beyond this try to understand if you experience the same
And we were managing a lot with mdcat like improvement for ones joining universities its not that easy as if seems easy was grace marks everyone one would get that without any effort but reconduct means prepare again go in that zone and burn themselves when eceryone us enjoying we are studying and we are not even sure what we score

@@Lava_ninjaa ofcourse we shouldn't divide but the courts in isb facilitate isb only. And the same decision for other provinces as well. Szambu is conducted in isb. Students from isb are facilitated but students from other areas have to look for their expense for convenence. Rather they should conduct it in all provinces.Thats injustice and facts

Moreover, In Pakistan The Biggest Issue is every single province has own books due to which students get entangled in minute details especially in subject like biology values etc facts and figures. These two are the only reason behind that every year some such similar things happen

Pl don't make incorrect interpretations of legal matter. The legal position is that if intra court grants stay on the order of the single bench original judgement of 28-10-24 after removal of objections from the pititioer then RECONDUCT cannot be scheduled till the final order of the intra court.

The problem is that 30 questions had problem in which some where out of syllabus some had their options wrong some had multiple option some had no answers a mix of all these things so students above threshold of 170 is just because of luck or something like that but highest score was 192 not above that so if one is not prepared for this mdcat he can consider the previous one without the number given of wrong question and if reconduct or grace marks would not have given it would be totally unfair for szambu students it is not about difficulty level it is beyond this try to understand if you experience the same
And we were managing a lot with mdcat like improvement for ones joining universities its not that easy as if seems easy was grace marks everyone one would get that without any effort but reconduct means prepare again go in that zone and burn themselves when eceryone us enjoying we are studying and we are not even sure what we score
