Sdik Rof - creativity rather just take a useless pencil and strip it till 1 inch from bottom with only graphite lead hanging out and then heat it. you have a soldering pencil

creative idea, I just tried it using copper coaxle cable wiring. tried to solder battery wires back onto a rc car motor with previous solder on the motor leads but didn't work for me. I then simply used a handled tool with thicker metal and it worked. coaxle wire just didn't transfer enough heat to effectively melt old solder and make it stick to my wiring. great hack tho.

It is better to use class F insulation sheet about 2 inch width around the lighter body. It is more safe.
