  • Our childhood plays a big part in who we are today. By reconciling our feelings and identifying what are some of the beliefs that we have accepted since childhood we can understand our personality and beliefs we have today.
What are some of the beliefs that are healthy that we want to keep and what are some limiting beliefs that we want to let go.
In this video I also discuss what are some new beliefs that we can adopted to change and empower our life...

I can relate to you and your story... I've had a loveless and non-supportive upbringing with almost no family, a toxic mother and no father... I've been through a long healing journey for many years and I'm very compassionate with myself and continue to pour all my love into myself (and worthy people) which allows me to feel great about myself and excel in life.... I have no issues finding people who love me once they get to know me (some even become stalkers smh), but my issue is usually me finding high-level thinking people with wisdom and ambition, who are trustworthy.... I just subscribed to your channel! I enjoy your high-level thinking! I'm sure your channel will continue to grow and become a huge success!! 😊

Hi mate, thanks for sharing your stories. We all have had different experiences and upbringing and as adults we can look back and reflect on who we are today. My Dad passed away in July and I thought I was getting through the grief ok, until yesterday his death certificate arrived and today I'm feeling a whole cocktail of thoughts and emotions. Can't even hold back the tears but I guess it's good to get it out.
    Cheers from Australia
