There are 41 levels in strategy mode. Make sure to save after every level so you don't have to start over from the beginning if you lose. As the levels progress, more colors get added, as well as special rounds that add twists to the gameplay (contamination where all the atoms are biohazards, magnet rounds where all the atoms get attracted to a magnet, etc). Make sure to save the atomic bomb only when you need it. And beware, starting at level 34 is when things get really hard.
