There are plenty 😂😂 actually you just need an honest person onsite......(and not your family members).....I built my house in silicon valley ruiru within a year no Hussles ....just travel to Kenya get know where to buy materials,deal with hardware stores themselves,not some guy giving you estimates instead of actual figures.....my contractor did everything in phases (they help because it allows you to get money to build the next phase).....also have all the measurements so you will know how much you need for whatever square feet.......no middle men ....and for fundis I paid them weekly.......and get someone on site to count materials as they come in..........I can go all day.....but they never stole a single cent from me😂😂😂😂.....

Watering grass is very expensive. Leaving the black cotton surface is very messy when it rains. So you'd rather sell the property with the gravel and then the new owner can grow the grass. It's just a way to manage costs.
