Very well explained. *India should encourage OnePersonCompany by not requiring to file tax for first 5yrs.* Many new entrepreneurs are afraid to start business because they don't know about filing company tax. That's why there are a lot of illegal businesses also. By making tax free for first 5 yrs will also filter out flop companies from creating useless paperwork. More entrepreneurs will create more jobs even during the tax free period. Even the companies that will flop in 5yrs will give employment for many. *Indian mobile apps creators will overtake US & be biggest app developer population by 2024.* Most of such app developers will startup as a OnePersonCompany. These app companies will go on to make profits and bring in foreign exchange also.

सर मैं बिहार से हूँ, मेरा कजन भाई छोटा सा कपडा का दुकान खोलना चाहता है,उसके लिये SBI से मुद्रा लोन के लिए चक्कर काट रहा है,लेकिन मैनेजर सुनता ही नही है। और बोलता है पहले काम कर के दिखाइये उसके बाद लोन मिलेगा। लेकिन सर उसके पास पैसा नही है,यदि होता तो ओ बैंक के पास जाता ही नही। तो सर मार्ग दर्शन करें।आप की बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी।

Hey I have few questions for you
1. If a person has already registered a company as MSME but he wants to start another company in OPC, is that Possible?
2. If you are living with your parents and want to use your home address for OPC, is that possible to start with the home address?
3. After starting the business and in 1 year the person is in need of more capital. As per the rule, he has to wait for 2 years from the COI start date, is it possible that the person can seek for investors if he is in need of more capital? Because we never know how much expense will hit us or the capital we would need after a year. So what the solution to this problem?
1. Yes he can
2. Yes u can, provided NOC will be taken from person (for eg. Father name) for registered office in whose name the utility bill comes.
3. In OPC, this is a drawback that maximum number of members can be 1 only. However there are other channels also for capital injecting in company.

No minor can become a member ornominee of a one person company orcan hold shares in a one person company. NOMINATION [Rule 4]: The subscriber to the memorandum of a One Person Company shall nominate aperson as his nominee. The Subscriber shall obtain prior written consent from such nominee.
