Hunter idk if you’re gonna see this, but hopefully at the very least someone in the same situation will. I’m breaking my “I don’t comment on TH-cam videos” to tell you: please get a CPAP. I got one at 24 because I was extremely tired all the time and had high blood pressure. My blood pressure dropped to a healthy level within a week and the morning after my first night felt like I had slept for the first time in my life. They told me getting it before I turned 40 lowered my risk of stroke/heart attack by 80%. At the very least seriously consider it.
Just to play devil's advocate here for anyone who immediately thinks they need a CPAP machine: I had very similar symptoms in my early 20's, chronic fatigue, insomnia, slightly elevated blood pressure, etc. I brought up a CPAP machine to my doctor, who immediately shot me down, stating that I didn't have sleep apnea and that I didn't need a machine. I borrowed a relative's machine anyway. I got like, a week into using it and I was miserable. My nose was constantly bleeding during the day because the machine dried out my sinus canals. I had awful headaches, for obvious reasons. And worst of all, a lot of the bleed went backwards into my nose and congested me most times I woke up. I had to physically eject the terrible abomination of mucus and dried blood out of the back of my sinuses into a trash can. But I kept it up for a week, because I thought my doctor was wrong and I needed the machine. I did not need the machine. My insomnia is not caused by sleep apnea, and I am at no risk of stroke or cardiovascular arrest. So, my recommendation is: double-check with a doctor that you should get a CPAP machine, especially if you aren't lucky like me and aren't able to just borrow one from a relative. Those suckers are pricey.

I stand with Noel when it comes to getting Hunter in shape. Hunter is a creative genius and has massive memory storage of horror films. I also want him to live longer. I know it's horrible to have people around you telling you what to do or telling you what they think is best for you, but again, I want Hunter around for longer. We all start somewhere Hunter, I also used to go to starbucks every day and my drink was 90% sugarmilk and only 10% coffee HORRIBLE. Change those bad habits! It can be done, and we are here to support you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
