Divine is almost always the better option, I just chose occult over divine because I like how the icon looks like, the difference is still very small though
@@XyzgorYT yeah always remember that divine has more overall magic damage and occult is more on the physical side, so it just depends on the armor your opponent is wearing to decide whether divine or occult is the better option. The same goes for magic vs. enchanted btw but as said, the damage difference is so minor that it doesn’t really matter all that much.
Sigh... As someone who started with Bloodborne and then worked my way back from DS3, im always surprised and depressed by how pvp is primarily backstab fishing with a small amount of other stuff in between... Thats not your fault though. The parries were excellent.

The pvp certainly isn’t for everyone, I can get behind that, but that’s just part of the game if you decide to play in coop, and pvp encounters are quite rare in casual playthroughs unless you’re in certain pvp hotspots like township
@@morbid8110 in dark souls 3 me and my friend got invaded around 7 times overall while completing the game. he was very annoyed from it LOL i guess i just gotta find a better friend who's not a pissbaby and who actually likes dark souls 3

why get so good at a game that's so fundamentally broken in netplay? if it were ds2 or 3 i would understand, but all the instant transmission backstabbing and counter backstabbing in 1 makes it so bad..

That latency is actually decently low, at some point you just get a feeling of when you need to parry most players

Get Tranquil Walk of Peace. It's overpowered. Perfect time to use it is while the invader is backstabbing your friend.
