I always known my mind was different but i often go back to being a 16 year old girl not understanding the fact I manifested "never having to pay rent". By the time I was 30, i owed 2 homes free and clear. Never had a mortgage or paid full rent. The one apartment I had, before buying the home, I rented with my brother. we split $260 a piece back in 2012.
