    I was still nail biting when I got married 5 years ago, so to give myself something long and pretty, I did milky, sparkly French tip press-ons! I've been bite free for four years now :) and very happily married.
    Congrats to the bride, and as always, Tatyana, beautiful work!! 🌹💗

      I’ve been bite free for about a month! Years of stress and different bad situations caused me to destroy my nails. I’ve been doing my best to fix my biting habit.

    I've used Modelones as a total beginner and it's very forgiving and relatively easy to work with, and a very affordable price too. Good call 👍😍

    • @mygirldarby
      @mygirldarby 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm a beginner too and have only used polygel twice. My two problems are stickiness and the gel beimg too thick under the nail. I use Modelones as well and was surprised at how sticky it is. I'm using isopropyl alcohol as the slip solution, but the product is just much stickier to me than it looks in videos I've seen of others working with it. It is so hard to work with because touching the polygel even slightly with my brush instantly creates a sticky string of polygel when I lift my brush. The other problem is that both times I've used it I wind up with very thick gel underneath the nail that goes beyond my natural nail. I apparently have a lot of practice to do to get this right, but even with my problems, I still managed to create wearable nails that don't look half bad, so yes, it is very forgiving.

    Including the lace design was inspired. What a great idea. I hope your bride had a happy wedding! I had sheer nude nails for my wedding, with a little bit of sparkle.

    I absolutely love how you incorporated the lace design of her dress into her manicure! That's absolutely stunning.
    I haven't been married and probably won't ever get there, but if I do, it wouldn't be me without black stiletto nails with the ring finger nail a different color. After seeing this, I can imagine doing something similar, but maybe either a matte black base with shimmer black for the lave pattern on my ring finger or a purple or red base with a shimmer black lace pattern.

    I don't think my nails had anything on them when I got married. I remember they were long, I was about 5 months pregnant n taking vitamins. We were on vacation visiting his mother n got married spur of the moment. We were already engaged n supposed to get married the next year. That was almost 26 years ago.... so the most I remember is natural plain nails, I think lol

    As always very beautiful, I love your free hand designs, I always think they’re a stamp design. The old nails she had on were hideous. I can’t remember exactly what I had on my nails for my wedding. They were press ons from either Walmart or the dollar tree. It was a French tip of some variant with sparkles. That was 6 years ago, So i have a question for you. Do you ever work with acrylic?

      Get an allergy test done so you know what ingredient it is that is causing the reaction. You may have the same reaction with a different brand. It’s not the most fun way to spend 48 hours, but the information you walk away with is life-saving.
