- An active-duty Army sergeant and intelligence analyst has been charged with selling U.S. military documents, including those containing information about weapons systems, to a Chinese contact. According to a federal indictment, he received 14 payments totaling $42,000 from a Chinese agent for handing over "sensitive technical data and tactical information." David Martin reports.

Besides that, there are a bunch of cases against him, all totaling 91 felony counts, which are still going through the courts. To name a few, there's the previously mentioned classified documents case, the election interference case, the hush money scheme, the racketeering Georgia case, and several civil cases.
