I just love how Scott looks at a seventies Ltd and says he never could get excited about these cars and as fate would have it he meets Dean the Ltd king!! The guy who keeps Ltd's like crazy yard ladies keep lawn gnomes lol
@ 2:45 I had that 1972-3 Pontiac Grand Am La mans..has a Trans-Am Engine in it ! With a 400 turbo-transmission ! What a ride ! My Older neighbor went nuts over it ...!...
Love those Super 88s with the 394 engine. Dad had a '64 that I drove extensively as a junior and senior in high school. That engine was a torque monster!
Thanks for the input; I am going to try to just come up with a way of avoiding the wind noise in the first place. Thanks again for watching and subscribing, and keep saving those old Mopars! I would love a 73 Imperial...
Great tour! That final shot of the ‘69 Chevy Impala (or maybe Caprice?) convertible was SO SAD! She looked like she must have flipped and rolled down a hill. Sigh....
In part 2 you said a car had a stone guard - I'd never heard that before - then the car in your yard had a grill guard - then the visors outside the cars - love the ole antiques!
I haven't seen one of those '74 Comets in years! My friend backed his Mom's new '74 into the front of my '67 Ford Custom at a pretty good speed, pushed in the trunk, and buckled both quarter panels! My Custom suffered only a slightly bent bumper. That was the end of the party that was going on at the time! The car was fixed, but his Mom was pretty angry!
Hi, good question. The sound drops off where the wind noise was so loud that I had to turn the volume down when I was editing the video. I figured that this would be less annoying than the awful wind noise. Thanks for watching!
Bucks is my favorite place to go and burn up a few hours. Or maybe this was still car bashers back then. I like the fact they have a separate are for the oldies. It saves a lot of walking.
That first 2 door model Valiant we did not get in Oz. All of ours were 4 doors until VF-VG. The second Val would possibly be the VF-VG. It's a bit too smashed up for clear ID. The Dart is possibly similar to our two door VG?
Oh soo many beautiful US classic cars from the best aera of automotive history.... I really really hope those Cars, this yard already exists...??? I'm from germany and restoring US Classic Cars. Still in the moment a '67 Chevy Caprice 4 Door Hardtop with my 70 years old father. My favorite cars are US classic cars, especially of the 1950 - 1970s aera. I see there are a lot of 4 Doors & i love the 4 Doors, especially as 4 Door Hardtop's. It's not possible for me to understand when soo many Car Guys only have eyes for the 2 Doors or muscle cars. They're also very beautiful, don't understand me Bad please... But look how many beautiful straight mid and fullsize cars are at the yards, goes to the crusher or something else like that...or parting out for a 2 Door Version... :( Isn't it the fullsize car, especially 4 Door Sedan & Hardtop what gives you the beautiful feeling of "the American way of Drive", with the cruising, the rumbling V8 sound... Bench seats with a free wide feeling in the cars...🤔😍😋 If i live at USA, you could find me every day at yards and places like this for get another car to restore it! 😅😋 I Love the USA, the aera of the 50-70s when there the streets was full of those beautiful Car... And when Fisher Body, Ford or Mopar was producing all those beautiful cars... I Love the history of the "big 3" and this time aera.😊 So you go again to this yard and making a new Video? It's the only way for me at germany to see this amazing places...i Wish i could be there😯😳 THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this Video and impressions! My heart is pumping for those Cars, Yards and Lifestyle...i feel today like an men who is born in the false time. I'm 34 and I wish i was in this age in 1960s, at USA! 😅
Is this the one near Onoway? I've never been and I'm new to Alberta. I'm in Whitecourt and I need a windshield for my 70 Newport 4 door sedan. I was able to get one for my 70 2 door Newport Cordoba without any effort.
I got alot of work with my 1971 Newport and 1966 Buick Riviera. If you find any Riviera interior dash parts let me know and ill be happy to buy them off your hands
Am I sick? Why do I like watching videos of junkyard cars that are only good for some parts here and there, that just also happen to be 2,000 miles away from where I live?
yeah, the a- bodies all went to hell in 73...big bloated and ugly, the collanade, malibu, and that red cougar...cougars kool until about 71....i liked that tan '75 comet, thats my pick, or maybe the white nova next to the brown cutlass.
l like the red valiant, the slant 6 - not so much...the stripped out green A body Mopar next to the burnt orange Oldsmobile had a 318 & l'm thinking that the K member will fit the red valiant & then a V8 can go in

I wish we had stuff like this in the UK. 😭
All of the goody 2 shoes people hate our cars and when they can see the cars they try@ force us to get rid of them
Bucks is my favorite place to go and burn up a few hours. Or maybe this was still car bashers back then. I like the fact they have a separate are for the oldies. It saves a lot of walking.
Chrysler Mexico built a 2 door 1967-69 Valiant pillarless hardtop called the Acapulco 😎
That first 2 door model Valiant we did not get in Oz. All of ours were 4 doors until VF-VG. The second Val would possibly be the VF-VG. It's a bit too smashed up for clear ID. The Dart is possibly similar to our two door VG?
Some good iron in there yet
Nice work Scott!

Hmmm, I have to wonder what engine was in the Polara @10:44....I can't him blame for not telling...I would have done the same.
Hope you grabbed the keystones
I would have had to go home with the 371 Olds engine.
I'm not sure; you probably could re-register the cars, but most of them have had a lot of the parts already stripped and are beyond restoration.
Thanks! Did you notice any 69-73 sedans or wagons?
Hi! Sorry, no Dodge trucks that old in this yard. Thanks for checking it out!
Where is this wrecker at ..looks like my kind of place to visit. I'm a drumheller.
Is this the one near Onoway? I've never been and I'm new to Alberta. I'm in Whitecourt and I need a windshield for my 70 Newport 4 door sedan. I was able to get one for my 70 2 door Newport Cordoba without any effort.
