You can tell she felt safe around you, and cared about you from the start, and even though at the time that didn't make sense, it was still impactful.
Really enjoyed watching your playthrough of this quest; your judgement and instints are quite unique and strong! Love your reactions too, very logical and I can see you are trying to deduce the stroy behind step by step. Worth the 6 hours! xD
Regarding Acheron’s poor memory, people are speculating that she is the Emanator of Finality (Terminus). For Finality, time passes backwards, and thus, what Acheron believes happened in the past may have been glimpses of the future. The red text can also be interpreted as Acheron forcing the story to progress as foretold (you can see this in action after you refuse to trust Acheron 2 times). As for why she didn’t draw her sword, some people are speculating that she also has connections to Something Unto Death (the gem in her sword closely resembles one of SUD’s eyes) and she may become bezerk when she unsheathes her sword.
I LOVE this quest a lot, and Penacony in general is extraordinary (less some ways the writers dealt with some topics in the side quests, which are kinda not-so-well-done, but that's okay, nothing is totally perfect haha), i have so many theories surrounding what's going on rn. I think Sunday is the most sus character, actually everyone is, but there's something about him that doesn't feel right. One detail I always think about is his pupils, which have a psychedelic dark blue tone (I think Robin also has it), and also Misha's pupils look like a lock... Another point is that I couldn't really be attached to Firefly because the way we follow her around is so weird, mainly with the fact she was lying constantly to us (just like everyone else in Penacony lol), everything was sudden and kinda rushed, so her "death" wasn't that impactful to me. However, her dialogues and reflections were REALLY amazing, I love her ideas and the way she portrays her emotions, so I ended up liking her.
Why all CC are playing with en dub but complaining all the time that they want to hear then in JP? Its just bc the chat are dumb and complain that they dont want to read the text? The CC game audio is always very low, they should put the jp dub and dont care about the chat, unless their public is not loyal to the point to leave the stream just bc of that.
Sparkle may be an ABSOLUTE MENACE and a piece of shit both her and Aventurine but in a good way and we love them for it. It's just that people these days are just so soft 🤦🤦🤦 also its gonna be really agonizing to wait for another few weeks until the next update to see how tye next story goes from there 😔😔😔
The plot is incredibly intense. I did not think that Penaconia would shoot so powerfully. I read every dialogue and followed every action. And I'll say this! It was cool and I'm looking forward to continuing this masterpiece. I also had to eat a little glass. But! We are not used to it. Especially the music has sunk into my soul very much. With the EN va it seems as if Aventurine actually got to her and she actaully got annoyed,, makes her seem less in control.
