Tell me who doesn't like potato chips. But most of the times we fail in preparing it. So I suggest you a method we usually follow. This method gives you a perfect chips with a 100% crispiness and spice-salt taste. Special process followed here is, adding the slices into water, then add into hot water for few minutes. Immediately shift and spread them until they dry. Then deep fry in the hot oil. Store airtight
Ingredients- fresh potatoes,
oil for frying,
salt,
chilly powder.

I was living in a place where mostly Sindhi's around, they also make these potato chips same method only it should dry completely for two days till becomes crispy like papad. Then store in a air tight container to fry and eat during rainy season.
After frying sprinkle masala of your choice .

1. Boiling my slices in hot water for 5 min and then drying
2. Coconut oil for frying
