One thing that I loved about the music video is that it was real close to you so that I could see mostly how to play the song. This takes it a step further though. Thanks a lot. I haven't been using the frets on my cbg. Guess it's time to give the fingers a workout.

Justin Johnson, got me interested also but there are really few tunes out there that make you want to get up and PARTY! This is top dog so come up with more, put together a foot stomping CD and I'll buy it and remember to teach. Not sure who is shooting your vids but the quality is very good. I made my own 3 string shovel, works great, damn spade steel is harder than hell and went through multiple expensive bits drilling the needed holes but it was a fun project. I happened cross the same railroad guitar you have and asked for it in a 3 string, blah, request granted and the guy makes really solid, great stuff. Anyway, I'm trying to encourage you to get us all up foot stomping. Thanks much.
this is an amazing toutorial christopher. i grabbed my cbg and goin to town on learning this song. and its a lot of fun to play! awsome song and excellent lesson would like to see more from ya (rabbit hole ?) you would blow em away at the alabama or pa cbg fests no rules is why im addicted building and playing these fun instruments keep up the good work

After studying this longer I want to say that this is one of the best instructional videos I've seen. A lot of it is your camera skills. Using two cameras made it easy to see along with making it look slick and professional. And playing the parts a lot really helps too. Many instructors just start off describing notes and chords without giving you an example of what the thing is supposed to sound like. So thanks again, this is a song I will definitely be playing for people when I'm trying to sell my CBG's

Subscribed, found this instruction video and I'm getting there. Best tutorial video I've seen yet. You are a natural. Please do more. This works fine with FCF tuning, which I use a lot, as well as GDG. Your videos with the animals are brilliant. Love Hazel, and it looks like she loves you. All the best.

Christopher, I've built some of these guitars so I'm always looking up videos to hear different music. I saw your video for this one and I loved it. Very cool sound to it. I know nothing about playing any instrument at all so I never get to hear mine being played. If I could get one in your hands to hear this song played on it, that would be a cool as hell. do you have any distortion or gain working on the amp or guitar? I see it has a real pickup as opposed to a piezo and sounds like it has some distortion, gain, etc.

+Drivr555 I use a few different things when I record. This was an electric kick pedal that plugs directly into my recording board.
