I just used my Firebox stove for the first time on a 7 day, 3500 mile motorcycle trip. I loved it! Im gonna race about it to everyone who will listen! I can tell how much thought went into each little feature, its a brilliant piece of engineering!

You remind me a lot like my grandpa he was an Eagle Scout and could turn any camping trip into a good time and cooked gourmet meals always he had a little stove like yours it was called tiny tot but it was a lot heavier than your device I know he would of bought your firebox stove if he was still alive thanks for sharing your amazing journeys and the gourmet cooking!

Steve, it's really good to see you fly fishing. Only for your FYI here: using spin equipment only, my brother has been able to outfish in terms of catch and size all fly fishermen his entire adult life. More than anything, I think this speaks to Bob's athleticism, vision, and eye hand coordination. I used to ask him to fetch my snags!
My firebox nano and cooking pan kit arrived today, it looks great! I can't wait to get it seasoned and take it on a fishing trip up in Idaho at the end of July to break it in. Then in fall it will get plenty of use here in Arizona.

The Ti version definitely looks like the solution for me. Besides there’s definitely nothing wrong with having two firebox stoves, one for family camping and one for backpacking. 👍🏼👍🏼🔥🔥🎣🥩

Keep it up brother, I really enjoy your channel. It's also great to see how thoroughly you use your gear, with excellent results. I've been on the fence for one your your stoves a long time- back to the gen1. Recently I picked up the G2 master kit, and let me tell you, I loved it immediately. The only downside I had found, was the weight. However for it's versatility, the weight isn't a huge issue. I'd rather cut weight in other pieces of gear. I have the all 3 sizes of Emberlit in titanium, two solo stoves, an ebay woodgas stove, Kelly kettle, and several other for wood types Stoves. The Firebox has already proven my favorite all around despite the weight. I look forward to the titanium version.
