8:06 - If you watch the movie with subtitles on, it tells you who is speaking in that sequence, so it's' WAY easier to determine who is who in that sequence.
At the end? Yeah, I wonder if JJ thought it was too predictable and on the nose? But we have precedence for Force Ghosts, just not precedence for Force Ghosts being involved in a battle, or witnessing it. Seeing all the Jedi as Force Ghosts would have given me ultimate goosebumps. Even have it that they were always with Rey - the barrier was in her own mind, not in the Force's. Have them dissolve into visibility as she finally connects with the Force and all the Jedi from the past. She comes face to face with the people whose heritage she's carrying forward and fighting for. And to see Palpatine's face as he shits himself seeing all these Jedi he killed would've been a nice salt-in-the-wound to him too. That and a final fight between Phasma and Finn are my issues with the movie. I love it otherwise
Well, I'll say it... somewhat to my surprise, TROS actually grew on me with a couple rewatchings. It's certainly far from a perfect movie, but I found that the fun parts ended up outweighing the problems, especially after I had time to digest the many many plot twists. I wish it had been better in some areas, but I've come around to being OK with the Episode IX we got.
Ugh same here. I enjoyed it more in theaters than most too, and Reys lightsaber was the one bit of fan service I didn't think I'd get and coming right at the end gave me something to hold onto as I went on with my life and the hatestorm continued.
Duel of the fates was really promising though. As for ROS if it had been set up from beginning it would have been better. But they kept changing plot on every film and ended up with a less. Too much happened in last movie. It's certainly a movie. Maybe as a stand alone fan fic yeah but as what is already established they failed
Yes, I missed having a good storyline, I missed a good script, I missed having likable characters, I really missed the days when Disney didn’t screw it up and only Lucas was to blame😆
You should've included Palpatine's 'message to FORTNITErs': " * “At last the work of generations is complete. The great error is corrected. The day of victory is at hand. The day of revenge. The day of the Sith!"
I don't know why, but the only thing I wanted from Episode IX was for Rey to get her own lightsaber and for it to be yellow. And they gave it to me. The other thing I wanted was one final fight between Phasma and Finn where the Troopers mutiny and join the resistance and she finally dies for real. However, we got ex-stormtrooper friends so it's better than nothing. That remains my one true criticism of Rise of Skywalker - a film I absolutely love. Somewhere, somehow, Finn needed to fight Phasma one last time. That would have explained why suddenly Sith Troopers are a thing - the stormtroopers who didn't defect to the resistance get a promotion. I'm absolutely fine with everything else in the film though.
Honestly its not perfect but i think we got a pretty decent movie considering the previous movies director almost seemed to want to tank the franchise. Snoke should have 100% been Plagueis and overseen all the events of the previous movies ie everything was his plan all along and Luke definitely shouldn't be milking space cows.
Rey - the most powerful Force user in the galaxy - but still swings a lightsaber like a baseball bat. Well with no one left to teach you, ya kinda have to make do.
I've seen it once - correction - I've Endured it once and that was 2 times too many. So I'm not going to go through these "20 things I somehow missed" because I couldn't really care less. Wait! there might have been 1 or 2 things I took notice of . . . . Nope! Not even Wedge and Lando could wake me up. . . . .
This video has the same vibe as “CATS: The Musical, The Movie! Things you may have missed after throwing your tv into a trash compactor because you rented CATS!”
So number 20, was not in the film, which means you'd miss it regardless.....also Fortnite? Really, Fortnite? Lame.....this one does not count. 19 we had to actually read a comic book to get the reference, also doesn't count because it wasn't in the film. The worse film of the franchise has the worse list ever.

Love the Kanan voice cameo.
8:04 I really wish they'd've gone with Force ghosts.

Easy to miss stuff when you're rolling your eyes every 10-15 minutes.
the creators: "oh, oh yeah! we totally added that in deliberately, yeah!"
Damn I didn't know you were there.
You can’t miss something if you’re not looking 👀 😂
Then shut the fuck up and go somewhere else.
Did we miss anything or did we just not care by that point?
Then don't fucking watch it.

Also thank you for being literally the only positive comment on this video almost 3 hours post-release lol

You know what I missed in Episode 9?
A good story.
I missed the part where Rey earned the last name Skywalker 🤷♂️
I'm a Skywalker too
Nah that's there.
Missed it in 6, 1, 2, and 3 as well, lol.
@@lookingforwookiecopilot you're watching the prequels wrong then
You've forgotten that Billy Dee Williams voiced Lando in Rebels
It's okay to deadname twitter

I missed the point of ROS, it wasn't required, like the other 2 sequels

How? How did he try to "tank" it? 🤦♂️
The Holdon manoeuvre is always brilliant.
Rey - the most powerful Force user in the galaxy - but still swings a lightsaber like a baseball bat. Well with no one left to teach you, ya kinda have to make do.
I noticed most of thses in my first and only veiwing. I think most of us just didn't care at that point
I never noticed that about Kylo Ren's scar
The only thing missing was well-written characters and a cohesive storyline...
Nah that's there too
I think I missed a little more than 20 things as I missed the whole movie. FKK, FRJ, FJJA, FWD
20 things we missed in Rise of Skywalker
#1 through 20 the fucking plot
I miss Star Wars.
It still exists. Read the EU books or listen to them.
Bro thinks people rewatch TROS
oh thats a burn
We didn't miss anything. We just stopped wanting to watch it.

I missed the part that explained how Palpatine returned.
It isn't. Just like a tonne of other background info in other Star Wars movies that you definitely had an issue with right?
This video has the same vibe as “CATS: The Musical, The Movie! Things you may have missed after throwing your tv into a trash compactor because you rented CATS!”
The incredible music and effects is a experience, but whole story trash

I missed the whole of Rise of Skywalker. Never regretted it.
Lucky, I wish I did, I went just to get it over with....hated it.
Could be a great film but they ruined it
Many may dislike TPM, AOTC and TLJ, but THIS is without a doubt the WORST Star Wars movie ever.
I wish I missed everything about Rise of Skywalker
No one cared cuz it wasnt star wars anymore
This “movie” does not exist
It does exist.
I missed the entirety of the film because I didn't watch this garbage
