@@theartistofrealestateDaniel, your videos are outstanding! I was born in Los Angeles and raised in Baldwin and Beverly Hills flats. I lived in Playa del Rey on Redlands in a huge complex of condos. I loved the cool weather and the cleaner air. Smog was still horrible in LA and after a 1985 visit to San Francisco, the rest is history. My sisters live in Beverly Hills flats and Westwood Heights and will forever stay where they are as prices are insane. Our parents paid $59,900 for the BH house in 1971 when we could’ve moved to a nice area in “The Valley” for much less. I’m so glad that we didn’t move there because the schools were crap by comparison and the smog killed my asthma. We could’ve had a house off Olympic near Roxbury for $100,000, but the mortgage would’ve been too high. I didn’t know about the Beverly Hills racetrack at that time. I doubt that you’ll have the time to ever read any of this, but I’m learning so much from your videos!
