It always amazes me at just how much optimism existed in 80's mainstream pop culture - music, television, films. The decade had its own problems obviously, but back then there seemed to be a greater sense of people pulling together and overcoming things.
These days there's very little differentiation between ongoing issues and mainstream content. Everything now seeps in together and that sense of genuine escapism is long gone.
Fantastic bass,excellent sound and feeling. I love 80's music.

I sure did Michael, I listened to everything in the 80s, there were no distractions like TV`s, phones or internet back then in wonderful smokie pubs where all you heard was laughter and people talking not like the prissy family eating smoke free boring places of today,, again jmo lol
Holly is my favorite artist l always liked Frankie and i never knew that he did this little golden gem, but I love it, I'm 77, years old and i can't, go on with my day without, viewing the video several times a day, i even got my wife listening along with me!!

Saw and heard this first in 1989 sitting in a bar in Fuengirola, Spain. Great fun. I even tweeted Holly once about it and he answered. Said that the band did it for "a bit of fun"
