So when your Tumbler is basically still kind of tacky but not moving? That’s when you’ll apply them and they will stay put and very brilliant.
@@CourtneysCustoms I was a nail tech by trade for 36 years. There’s nothing worse than looking down at them now there’s somebody uses Swarovski Crystal on? And then put a topcoat on it. The shine is gone 😢
