would this work on the 500 models where its the same engine ? my buddy is currently building a mudbike out of a 2023 prohd 500(28 wides all around now stock clutch) ( they share the same 648cc engine just diff cam and tune) super hard finding parts or any info on the gen3 models ... im building a 2023 850 so its considereably easier as far as aftermarket support goes..but also wondering about clutching on the gen3 even a kit that would work maybe from the snowmobile world im not sure ? .. also for your 700xmr if you swap to defender 700 internal gears in the little gear box .. you can get a pretty decent (4 %) gear reduction without fucking with the clutch ( combo of the 2 would be best) thanks man , loving your build ..i wanted to do the same but the 700xmr in my area were more or less impossible to buy !
So yes, the exhaust will work on 500 models and no there is not a clutch kit yet but S3 Powersports has a 2 inch stretch forward and reverse high clearance arms with a 1 inch built-in lift for the gen 3s so they can clear up to a with 34 inch tire, but with the defender gear reduction as long as you keep it in low in thick stuff it will be fine, i'm pretty sure mud puppy is running 33s with the defender mod just fine. I will know how hard mud puppy is on his stuff lol
It sounds like a stock exhaust that has a rust hole in it. I don’t understand why people want to do this? Not to mention many public riding areas will fine you for a modified exhaust.
Lol i was thinkin weedeater personally but ya even the canam 1000’s sounds kinda off to me my 23 max limited stock sounds okay can’t imagine droppin another 500-1000$ for a muffler sound augmentation to each their own tho

We’re did you find 2” lift I’m trynna find floor boards snorkel riser but I can’t find anything for the 700 XMR

You won’t feel any power increase with just a slip on exhaust you will need the tune or flash
