in zapatas defense though, i dont think zapata is a bad player, he is good, he just makes horrible mistakes alot, his passing has cost us so many goals in the past, but defensively he is great, he is arguably the strongest defender we have physically, he isnt really that slow either. his decision making though, is just the worst
Agreed with everything you said. Paletta should play and I honestly forgot Gustavo was on the team. Ridiculous how Milan doesn't show up like we should..
I'll wait till December to see what happens. Montella has recovered from slumps before. Players didn't have a good attitude. Montella should react more and scold the players a bit. He is an extremely patient person.

I think Montella should have more balls when it comes to the squad. Stop playing three at the back if you are not even playing Musacchio, and stop playing Biglia if he's not good enough. i would have spent that 200 million soooooo much better tbh.. biglia has just been an okay player, he has never stood out. borini is trying so i dont mind him for depth, milan lack pace so much now, the only fast player is abate now.
MMAUFC4000 Biglia has been one of the better performers in the team. He needs to be rotated with Locatelli more though.
Sir Klopp lmfao biglia was our best in a completely dominated midfield and has been great so far this season...
Agree 99 pct. with you Gio, but not with the change in formation. I think it went better with 4-3-3 than 3-5-1-1.
A coach should be proactive, not reactive when making decisions.

Milan got the result their deserved today biglia and kessie were seriously fortunate that they weren't penalised for throwing out elbows. It was frankly embarrassing to see the lack of coordination and fight from the players the the midfield and forwards were practically non existent. Montella again got it wrong there was no tactical shift no prompt substitution and the subs he made were a joke leaving a 40 million striker on the bench to bring on cutrone and borini.
@ Gio, I do not believe in any lauch time curse. If a team is good, they are good. The coach should just get his selection right. We still repeating the same mistake despite our summer transfer deal. Should Kessie play all the time, Bigla did not do the his play maker role very well. Suso is not jellying in the role he was made to play. Losing 2 games in 6 match isn"t doing us any good. If we continue likr this, the statistic at mid season will not be good. and for top 4, we are not doing anything yet to merit it. I doubt Montella's competency. My submission
its the subbing in of borini again that makes me question montella he has too much faith in certain players in the squad and how is andre silva not getting more game time, he will never adapt to a league he is not playing IN.
montella's possesion style of play always comes difficult with hard pressing opponent.. he needs tricks and must make his whole team understand how to play his style.. otherwise this team will play no better than last season. next 2 match is too predict wether he will stay or out # i'd say his better out
montellaout is justified. he saw for 60 minutes of milan doing nothing and he didnt change anything, he didnt make subs until we were 1-0 down. i dont think samp played that great, they just relied on pressure, their build up was not good, they relied on milans mistakes.

here is a list of people i think milan could have signed:
replace kalinic with someone more aggressive like duvan zapata or kouma babacar (both of whom would cost the same)
i dont mind borini, at least he has pace
sign renato sanches or gelson martins instead of biglia
keep niang as a depth player, or try and get leroy sane, or carlos torres as a proper attacking midfielder,
buy grimaldo at left back to be the replacement for R. Rodriguez during european games
i actually realized that montolivo has never been a problem, there is just something off about milan. we keep blaming the coach but all the coaches that came and went all played the same type of football, except for sinisa. i think someone else is pulling the strings
Wtf is with this biglia hate? Biglia has been good this season and is able to control a midfield unlike montolivo

kavi. there is minimal to no change in milans game play since 2013.. all the games are predictable and same. thats why we do well during the first half of the season, but after January, everything becomes shit
Nikita Mugi your player suggestion to buy. kalinic is good, they need another player like kessie in the middle who can be a battler as well as attacker..both rodriguez and conti is good capture. this team need more collaboration and more creative movement from middle of the pitch..biglia is already a very good baller but biglia alone can't support a whole miedfield

Its sad to to say but Inter has won the transfer window buy bring spelliti and insted of bring kalinic and borini we should have gone for manager like spelliti and thomas and even conta as he is a home sick and has already told before that he would love tom manange inter and AC milan
Bottom line, Montella, is rotating too much, this isnt FIFA CAREER MODE...also hes not finding a system and a consistent line up that clicks, there is a huge gap between the midfield and the forwards and the defenders....not to mention wrong players on the field. The players carry the blame as well, but when good to great players dont have direction, theyre not going to go anywhere

Montella is a weak scared coach.We need to go back to 4-3-3 immediately, Suso plays the best when he's on the right wing.Terrible decision to sell Niang and keep Borini, just terrible, Niang is far from being the best, but he has pace and can play on that left wing.I'm not gonna blame Kalinic as he had 0 support from an inexistent midfield.Montella making 0 changes until we go down to 1-0, you have to chase the win, not play it safe.4 at the back is better with bonnuci and romagnioli/musachio as the cb's.One more loss/draw and Montella is finished, he should be gone.
Let's be honest Montella sucks ,he has made a Lambogrini into a ford pinto even a kid in FIFA could manage Milan better by playing musacchio and wining againt Sampdoria 1-0
