You didn't include Fuel Surcharge as an accessorial fee? Why? Or did you forget. Or typically carriers don't charge FSC in intermodal? I am trying to understand.
Only because I knew the target price for this lane, it was not necessary. This 8 months ago also and the Brokerages were basically not paying fsc (honestly) 😊 hope that helps
