I need to admit that Inertia's bass was the best of the evening for me, so big up to Inertia!!!

All of inertia's opponents were technical beatboxers, it may really have been exhausting battling all these beatboxers.
Inertia had the most spotlight in the entire battle, he may have not been able to win the battle but definitely was in everyone's fav beatboxer in the entire battle.
Footboxg was like the dark horse in the entire battle, he have proved that he not only deserved to be in Gbb but showed such potential and was so near to even winning the whole battle. Truly Footboxg has inspired thousands of beatboxers (including me).
Hope to see them coming back this year with the same energy.

Man when i first heard king inertia's inward bass against helium I was amazed, i mean my brain was blown.
But he needed to come up with something new and he just didn't through the other battles.
I expected so much more from this guy, I hope he comes back next year and blow our minds again with better different material, 'Cuz I know for a fact that he can do much more.
He won 7toSmoke again so he is qualified for a spot at GBB2022
Its crazy because Ive seen random videos where he shows more, but for some reason he didn't display it in this comp.

When i first heard that Inertia joined GBB 2021 I was really thinking of him that he can be the Champion this year. But It's true that if he used more sounds rather than inward bass he can be the champion of this year we all know that Inertia's inward is undefeatable but for me Inertia needs more improvement when it comes to routine.
It's kinda like with Napom using only his liproll bass to become the vice world champion of beatboxers and he definitely did more variation: "earthquake", "roll like this", a bunch of heavy drops with different tones, etc. Inertia only made 3 different sounds with his inward bass. It's not bad, but it does get repetitive quite quickly.

I think the inertia of losing is natural because for several rounds he only relied on his inward bass instead of other techniques

vibration bass, singing, different cool voice crack techniques, zippers and scratches (difficult combos) and OD bass
@@Excentrix54 I know, but if you use it too often it will bore the judges, just like the dlow, where he is an expert in inward bass but doesn't use it often and combines other techniques, That's why he can win GBB 2019. That's my opinion

K.I probably ran out of complete routines. He had the drops down but he freestyled the remainder of his rounds and hence kinda lost flow sometimes which inevitably led to his loss ig. Idk why he decided to use these routines, I have seen him use so many other crazy fully polished routines in the Beatbox house party, it20, owbc20, dont know why he didnt use them, regardless he put up a good fight
As for FootboxG, man did his thing and delivered, crazy battler, that last routine "Raptor" is amazing, been watching it on his channel nonstop (check it out if u havent)
This year was very successful for FootboxG, 3rd Place in solo, an excellent result in the tag team as well ( I wont spoil dw) keep up the good work Footbox
Also u can see River' holding a 2nd place frame at the end, dw it's not for the solos, the finals' results were declared after this, however u can guess now for what he got the 2nd place as he participated in 2 categories this year, SBX indirectly spoiled us 🤣

Ur not wrong, but inertia doesn't show variety EVEN while using his basses. Every bbxer out there uses the sounds that they're known for , but they show immense variety in terms of beats, structure, tempo, etc (Eg. Hiss, Collaps, Alexinho, and soo many others)

Either Inertia didn't have any routines left or he just chose not to use any of them cus this definitely felt like freestyle. Repeating hooks/melodies, less structure etc. Footbox recycled some stuff too but the second round went harder imo. Inertia showed some interesting stuff though, wish I heard more of the DnB from him.

I was in the camp of "inertia needs to vary his skillset in the finals to take the win" and while I was correct, WOW, the King on dnb blew me to away, and is not something I expected at all. More of that next year my guy ❤️
These finals have been incredible and I do not envy the judges for having to assign numbers to these guys cause seriously any of the 4 could have taken it depending on the day, all 4 deserved the win and I don't think any of them really took a loss regardless of where they ranked in the end 🤘🏼

Footboxg was definitely one of my favs of the competition. I think him and Elisii are two of the cleanest beatboxers on the planet and I love what he has done in terms of his sound arsenal. He has so many new weapons to pull out in a battle.

Inertia this year reminds me of codfish, very simple and confident sounds mastered nearly to perfection. Alas I wish inertia was more diverse with his sounds and used his inward bass as a background noise rather than the main attraction.

Nah codfish has more structure and musicality while K.I. is just low bass into a drop. Codfish can do many combos while KI looks depleted. KI peaked on his elimination showcase

Footboxg was waaay better in this battle and it was evidenced by the crowd reactions (and obviously the judges).
He was just way more diverse and technical, whereas Inertia felt very repetitive and lacked a lot of creativity. It’s like he hadn’t really prepared to get that far… or he had to release his final routine in the semi cause he was so threatened. Either way, well deserved win for Footboxg.

my opinion, footbogx brought out great technique but his rounds just sounded repeated, my opinion 1st round footboxg second inertia with a split for inertia as 3rd he brought way more power just was much better

Bass tends to be repetitive. That's style haters! He used both Vibration and Inward bass. The only thing inertia lacks is his timing, it's WHACK! And I also think that the crowd and the judges have great expectations to him. I think it's one of the main factors why he lose.
My personal favorite was King Inertia from the beginning, but Footbox deserved that win!!!

If I had a million dollars I'd bet it all that they give inertia the competition in 2022
King Inertia is good of course, but after the battle with Helium at 1/8, he does not progress at all. I understand of course that he has his own style, invard bass and trap bass, but in addition to this, you need to improve your skill with some more cool things, like Colaps does it.

It was funny to me that Vocodah and D-Koy refused to show them on the battle due to a conflict with Swissbeatbox and personally with Pepouni. In fact, speaking of King Inertia, he adequately entered the first time in Europe taking 4th place, but was better in this confrontation FootboxG
