procrastination happens due to fear of failing but one should learn that its ok to fail; failures teach us important lesson of changing our perspective on things only when u change ur perspective then only u see what lies beneath it; so fail early fail forward :)
... I use to study 8hrs a day , later analysing my hours i came to know .... small break of 10 mins can helps u in regaining focus , the topics..u just stored in your brain should be recalled after 40 min interval.... Recalling enhances your memory networks and also activate dopamine in your brain ...... It's like discussing the intresting topics with ur friends .....
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 01:08 🌞 Chronic fatigue can be caused by being out of sync with your circadian rhythm or experiencing dopamine burnout. 03:27 ✏️ Passive learning doesn't work well when tired, active learning like active recall is more effective. 04:51 🍅 The Pomodoro Technique, studying in 25-minute chunks with 5-minute breaks, can increase productivity. 06:16 ⏰ Setting artificial deadlines can create urgency and improve productivity in study sessions. 07:13 😴 Sleeping for a full 90 minutes can provide better rest and enhance focus for a longer period of time. Seems like I am not the only one who falls asleep when revising - passively even when I test myself, using active recall and space repetitions. Looks like everyone already knows all these techniques yet I believe that efforts and discipline which really make a difference.
Hey sahil this video came at a right time to me , iam feeling tired all the day due to insomnia ,thank you for sharing those tips ,iam thinking of adding a morning walk to my routine helps me getting some sun light
Great content, just found your channel. As a teacher, usually at the end of a lesson, I recap what has been discussed during the lesson (we're taught to do this, it's called lesson closure.) It helps put everything in context and ties everything together. I think you had a very brief one. Thanks for the work that you do here - I'm transitioning to CS (via a 3rd bachelors =/) and data science (used to be a researcher and data analyst).
keep uploading videos you are a guide for many of us. can you make a video about other topic like what will happen to web development and other programming language that ai isimproving each day
I tried pomodoro technique but when i gave break to my brain for five minutes. after five minutes I realized that ut wasn't five minutes, the break prolonged to 1 hour 😂
Hi sahil i was inspired by one of your videos in which you mentioned how you mastered Data Structures and Algorithms. I thought of purchasing dsa course to start my journey. As you said Algorithms part 1 and 2 is alone enough to Master DSA? Please reply!
It's ok to to learn the concepts of dsa ...but if you want to train your brain to use those data structures and algorithms to tackle the coding problems ... leetcode is enough ... select few easy questions on a specific topic then there is something called as leetcode top 100 liked solutions practice those then after that practice leetcode top 150 ... they are of high quality problems i hope this helps
Sir, Please Answer. I was Nothing. I follow you and Become best in DSA. But A problem when see a new Problem I feel Anxiety. And How to Become pro like When i start SQL My mind started to work with it but after some days when i came back DSA my mind hates that then after doing it for one day he started doing that. Why my dont like to do both the things together. He love only one thing.

You advise me to start with C# or Javascript framework and work. I am very confused. Please help me. From your point of view, what is best?
