Hi Brian, what is the availability of fast Internet access in the suburban areas of Medford and Grants Pass? Do most places have FIOS and speeds greater then 100mb?
Lots of great options for high speed internet. I have 1 Gig up and down, and I live a mile outside the small town of Rogue River...if that gives you any idea.
@@BuyingSouthernOregon Brian, My wife and I have been planning on relocating to Medford from socal sometime in the near future. We are seeing several homes that we are interested in. 1208 Quail Hollow Dr. is one of them. Is a contingency for us to sell our home here an option for many sellers?
